• Orders are always processed as they arrive in our system..... Back Orders or Custom Design Orders will immediately be notified of an anticipated shipping date.....

• All of our products are made either by us or in association with our vendors.....all are USA based and our agreements with them are based on their abilities to provide quality products at fair prices and in a timely manner....... we try very hard to refrain from using vendors that rely heavily on foreign products or labor....... 

Finally, Beachhouse etc's evolution to this point is a result of my passion for the beach and tropical living and the joy it brings.....
